By visiting STRATA, installing its PWA, creating an account, or purchasing Discovery, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About STRATA
STRATA Fitness (“STRATA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an exercise-ranking index, account-synced weekly planner, and optional Discovery features. STRATA is an independent digital fitness-information service. Questions can be sent to stratafitness.official@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you, supervise your use, and make any purchase.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us if you believe somebody has accessed it without permission.
STRATA does not currently provide email verification, self-service password recovery, or multi-factor authentication. Do not reuse a sensitive password from another service.
4. Discovery purchase
When paid checkout launches, Discovery will be offered for a one-time price of $5.99 USD. It is not a subscription. Until checkout is activated, STRATA does not collect payment, and any temporary prelaunch access is not a purchase or a permanent paid entitlement. Any applicable tax and the final total will be displayed before payment.
When checkout is enabled, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, and refunds. Paddle’s applicable checkout terms and privacy notice also apply. A qualifying one-time purchase provides ongoing access to the current Discovery feature on the STRATA account used at checkout, subject to these Terms. Access may not be resold or transferred. Promotions may have additional eligibility conditions.
5. Fitness and health notice
STRATA provides general educational fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or individualized coaching. FitScore and personal-match results are editorial and rules-based tools, not validated clinical or scientific measurements. Community ratings are subjective.
Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate technique and equipment, stop if you experience sharp or persistent pain, and consult a qualified medical or fitness professional when appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack, disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, share or resell paid access, upload malicious material, or use STRATA unlawfully. We may use reasonable technical measures to protect the service.
7. Intellectual property
STRATA owns or licenses the website design, original text, software, data presentation, and branding. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Research papers, photographs, YouTube content, and other linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue parts of STRATA. Internet, hosting, database, and third-party services can experience delays or outages, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Changes do not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect STRATA or its users, investigate misuse or fraud, comply with law, address a payment reversal, or enforce these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, STRATA is provided without a guarantee that every ranking, recommendation, link, or feature will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every person. You remain responsible for exercise selection and safe execution. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Refunds
Paid Discovery purchases are covered by the public 14-Day Refund Policy. It explains eligibility, how to request a refund, and what happens to access.
12. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data STRATA handles, why it is used, the providers involved, and how to make a data request.
13. Changes to these Terms
Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, except where further notice or consent is required by law.
